About the event
PFLAG Gulf Region is offering virtual facilitator training designed to prepare volunteers to lead our adult discussion groups with confidence and care. This training equips participants with tools to create safe, inclusive spaces, guide meaningful conversations, and support group members with empathy and respect. There is no obligation to serve after completing the training—we are simply working to build a strong team of facilitators to meet the growing needs of our community.
This will be our basic training for adult groups (6pm-9pm) and will not include our facilitation training for teen support groups.
The Zoom link and training materials will be sent out a few days before the training.
