About the event
Iron Phoenix Fitness is excited to host PFLAG Rome's January Social meeting with a mobility fitness class! This class is free and open to anyone 13 years old and up. Focusing on invigorating dynamic stretches, as well as relaxing static holds, the goal of this 45-minute mobility class is to have participants feeling and moving better through increased range of motion and decreased muscle tension.
Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, or you may borrow one from the gym!
Iron Phoenix Fitness (formerly KA Athletics) is located in the Rome News Tribune building at 303 East 6th Ave.
