In times of opposition and uncertainty, one fight demands our attention daily - the battle in our own minds. When forces beyond our control challenge our bodies and choices, we can still choose to be well, resilient, and empowered. QueerKindMind is a personal path to holistic health that begins within.
Facilitated by Rachel Rose, MA, Certified Brain Health Professional, we will learn tools to manage everyday stress, ease anxious thoughts, and more! Come as you are, bring your queer (or ally!) mind, and experience more self-kindness with a compassionate community.
This session is appropriate for ages 13+; minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
